January 22 — Kristopher Lee Kilgore, age 20 of Double Springs was arrested on Assault 1st Degree on January January 18 and transferred to the Winston County Jail January 19 relative to the stabbing that occurred January 31 on Carter Drive. The victim Harold Keith Dodd, age 22 was transferred to UAB via ambulance and has since been released. The matter is under investigation.
